Terms of Sales

  • Your arrival
We will receive you between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. for the rooms and the gîte.
In case of delay, please let us know.
  • Your departure
We thank you for releasing the room and/or the gîte by 10 am.
We can keep your luggage a few hours before your departure (or upon your arrival).
- An additional day will be charged if you do not respect the departure times.
  • Car park
You will always have the possibility to park your vehicle on the property.
Motorcycles are always parked under cover.

  • Breakfast
For our guests in rooms, breakfast is served between 8:30 am and 10:00 am on our terrace or in the summer kitchen.

  • REMINDER for all guests (rooms or gite)
- We can lend you an umbrella bed (child up to 5 years old), we also have a deckchair, and a mini inflatable pool.
- Our house is not adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
- Snacks, snacks, picnics and meals are not allowed in the rooms (you have a summer kitchen to take meals / snacks / and store food or drinks (with your name on it! )
- Maximum 2 people per room (+ a cot in the Peru room).
- Maximum 5 people in the cottage.
- Small pets are welcome: clean... and kept on a leash, as the property has no fence. Our cat Imhotep, loves to be cuddled.....in fact the house is his domain.
- The house is non-smoking.
  • Pool and Spa
- Access to the swimming pool is free from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m., in harmony with the occupants of the house.
-Swimming is unsupervised, so children must be accompanied by an adult in the water.
It is your responsibility, any fall, drowning or danger can in no way lead to legal action against us.
We reserve the right to close the swimming pool in case of doubts about the water quality.

- access to the SPA (jacuzzi and sauna) is strictly reserved for adults. So that everyone can access it, access is by reservation (free), and we reserve the right to limit use to 30 minutes, in season.
It is necessary to take a shower before entering the SPA. No product (shaving, bath oil, shower gel, etc. is allowed in the jaccuzi or the sauna).
Access to the Sauna and the Jaccuzi is under your responsibility. We cannot be held responsible in the event of a health incident.
  • Price
. Prices are inclusive of tax, excluding tourist tax.
. In a room or in a gîte, the price includes access to the Spa and the Swimming pool.
. For the gîte, a security deposit by credit card is requested on arrival, and is lifted on the day of departure.
-the weekly rental price includes household linen.
-the price also includes end-of-stay cleaning (if no specific damage).
-an inventory is made with the tenants on arrival and departure.
  • BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS.
. Reservation guaranteed by payment of a 30% deposit by credit card on reservation, refundable under conditions.
• Free cancellation possible up to 14 days before arrival
• Less than 14 days before arrival: 50%
• No show: 100%
